About us
Kireego is the association of a team of individuals who have more than 30 years of combined experience in the fields of CRM solutions, loyalty, hospitality, international project management, and new technologies.
Based on a shared passion for technology and innovation, and following several months of internal development, we created Kireego’s solutions.
These novel tools, combining a platform and mobile application, allow Companies and Merchants of all sorts to link up with each other and give purpose to their Partnership.
For Companies: Streamlined management of the benefits offered to their staff, members, or customers.
For Merchants: Another way to attract new prospects, but also a mobile and anonymous way to interact with their existing customer base.
Co-founders
Christophe is a veteran in the field of loyalty generation. He was Managing Director and co-founder of Hotelmark Europe, a company specialized in creating loyalty membership programs for high-end hotels. He has worked with over 100 of them over his 15 years experience in the field. He was responsible for business development as well as the operational setup of the production teams in all major cities in Europe. Prior to that, Christophe worked for several hotel groups in the Marketing, Customer Service, and Food & Beverage departments. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Christophe brings solid business sense thanks to his many years as an entrepreneur. He has invaluable knowledge in loyalty and an insider’s understanding of small commerce. He thinks out of the box, generating ideas always in the spirit of keeping things short and simple.
Massimiliano’s experience is in the operations and customer service functions of diverse sectors. Initially starting out in the hotel business as analyst at the HQ of an Italian hotel chain, he later moved on to more hands-on work as Production Manager and Project Manager at Gate Gourmet. He then moved into Customer Service and dealt with foreign customer relationships. He subsequently joined AMPCO METAL, pioneer in the field of specialty copper alloys, where he created sales offices in Southern European countries and later managed the company’s business in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK. Massimiliano also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. He brings unparalleled experience in project planning and people management, as well as a “make it happen” approach on scheduled tasks and organizational strategy.
IT Development
Christophe is highly motivated and innovative senior software developer specialized in real-time web and mobile apps, with more than 15 year’s professional experience in developing, consulting, teaching and sales techniques. He has worked with major telecom operators, hardware and equipment manufacturers, and other service providers throughout Europe such as Oracle, Amdocs, Nortel, IBM, and Vodafone, helping them deliver cutting edge web- and mobile-based communication services.
Melissa has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Neuchâtel. While working on her thesis, she worked for the Swiss Federal Railroads (CFF) in Production Management in the field of distribution and services: “Toyota production system in the office area”. She then gained experience in Marketing in the UK (Hospitality) and later as marketing, administrative, logistics and HR assistant in a Swiss company (Smartliberty SA). In parallel to her activities at Kireego, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Melissa speaks fluent French, German and English.
